Maraesha began as an on-call babysitter at Megan’s nanny agency Preferred ChildCare, in 2018. She then joined the Metzger family as a full-time nanny when Mason was born in 2019. After nannying for 2 years she decided to try a new challenge and joined the Preferred ChildCare office team. After multiple promotions, she is now our Director of People Operations at Preferred ChildCare & Relationship Coordinator at MMC.
