With all the conferences out there, why am I hosting retreats?

The idea for MMC retreats began in 2018 after attending over a dozen conferences and even planning a few! I love that conferences bring together many nanny agency owners and staff members in one room to offer networking opportunities and idea-sharing.

However, after attending these conferences, I was always overwhelmed, tired, and had dozens of pages of notes that ended up in a drawer never to be looked at again.

So, I developed a way to achieve the same community atmosphere, but I wanted attendees to be able to dive deeper and walk away with customized and action-oriented plans.

Attending an MMC event means tapping into over 20 years of agency ownership experience and the insights gained from helping over 400 agencies succeed. With my educational and practical background in business and a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Development, I'm committed to continuous growth, both personally and for my agency and clients. I'm here to share all the secrets to success!

Our retreats are planned to give our attendees a fully-immersive experience. With customized itineraries, expert speakers, culinary delights, and stunning locations, our attendees learn all weekend—from the moment they arrive to well after they leave. These retreats are one of the greatest ways to form deep interpersonal relationships that improve businesses and change lives. 

Offered in early spring (March-April) and early fall (September-October), MMC Retreats bring community members from across the world together. This is no ordinary business retreat: our mission is to provide a safe space to learn, grow, share, and transform. There is time for reflection, work, rest, and special surprises along the way. The amount you will accomplish in one weekend will surprise and delight you!

YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS, WE'VE GOT ANSWERS

  • No problem! After you register for the retreat, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, there is a quick food survey to let us know about any allergies or restrictions you may have. We always ensure to have vegetarian options with each meal.

  • Our MMC retreats are known to be in luxury spaces with fancy food because we believe that you should be pampered and in an environment that allows you ample space to learn. Our retreats are NOT a party, they are professional gathering of growth-minded individuals who are open, caring, and willing to help one another. MMC retreat attendees have described their experiences as “encouraging, relaxing, tons of learning, a place to create true friendship, and even life-changing.“

  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds. This is because there are a lot of details and logistics to plan and book in advance. Last minute guest changes are difficult to accommodate considering the number of rooms, beds, catered or chef-prepared meals, dietary restrictions, and all the activities.

  • There are only six participant spaces available for this MasterMind Retreat.

  • We want you to be comfortable and yourself. There is no need to dress up unless that is how you show up best. Our one request is proper attire during the sessions. This helps ensure you are prepared and ready to learn. Please refrain from wearing pajamas, bathing suits, or inappropriate clothing to the sessions.

  • We've prepared an information sheet with all the retreat policies ahead of time. We want to make sure you and everyone else has the best possible experience at the retreat!
